Associate Attorney
$110,000–$150,000
3–5 Years Experience

We’re seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to lead and execute across all phases of litigation — from pre-litigation strategy and discovery through motion practice, settlement negotiations, and courtroom appearances.
This is not a passive support role. You’ll take full ownership of case execution across business, real estate, construction, and general civil litigation matters — proactively identifying risks and inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that improve accuracy, speed, and quality across matters. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to senior attorneys and a resource to junior staff, helping build scalable systems and establish best practices across the litigation function.

- Clients consistently feel informed and supported throughout the legal process.
- Earn discretionary and incentive bonus eligibility beginning at 1,600 billable hours per year.
Core Competencies
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and depositions.
- Draft, review, and refine legal documents, pleadings, motions, and tailored briefs.
- Conduct legal research and apply findings to develop and strengthen case positions.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
- Negotiate settlements effectively while consistently prioritizing client interests.
- Proactively communicate with clients, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
- Maintain organized files and meet all court-imposed and internal deadlines with precision.
- Identify procedural risks and operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and quality across matters.
- Mentor and support colleagues, serving as a resource for professional development and best practices.
- Contribute as a leader within the firm, supporting culture, process improvement, and long-term growth initiatives.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona.
- Strong research and writing skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000–$150,000 based on experience

Physical Requirements
- Standard office environment; prolonged sitting and computer use.
- Occasional site visits require walking on construction surfaces and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during occasional site inspections or document transport.
