Title: Litigation Attorney
Experience: (3-5 years of experience)
Job Description: Resolvere Law handles matters predominantly involving business, real estate, construction, ROC, and civil litigation. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience, a background in litigation, and a desire to grow with the firm and pursue professional growth.
Duties:
- Represent clients in civil litigation, pre-lit, and other legal proceedings
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Provide counsel on legal issues and strategies
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Manage client matters start to finish
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona
- Strong research and writing skills
- Familiarity with legal research tools

Title: Legal Intake Attorney
Job Description:
We are seeking a Legal Intake Attorney, who is licensed by the Arizona State Bar.
Can you spot issues? Can you advise potential client on their options, e.g., pre-litigation resolution versus litigation? Can you ask for the sale? Do you enjoy brining in business into the firm, without having to “do the work”? The sales nature of this position includes a base salary with incentives based on your ability to help our firm grow.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with potential clients.
- Ensure conversion of leads.
- Track and analyze data.
- Provide accurate legal advice.
- Collaborate with our Intake Team.
Qualifications
- Admission to the Arizona Bar and in good standing.
- Experience in civil litigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
Pay: $85,000-$150,000
