What We Stand For

Core Values

Our core values are not talking points. They are the standard we hold ourselves to every day.

Inspirational

We lead with vision — lifting clients, colleagues, and the profession toward outcomes they didn’t think were possible.

Aligned

Client goals, firm strategy, and team effort move as one. There is no daylight between what we promise and what we do.

Results-Oriented

We measure success by outcomes, not activity. Every action is chosen to move the matter forward.

Adaptive

Litigation shifts fast. We absorb new facts, adjust strategy, and keep our clients a step ahead.

Accountability

We own our matters, our deadlines, and our word — from the first call to final resolution.

Transparency

  • Identify procedural risks and operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and quality across matters.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, serving as a resource for professional development and best practices.
  • Contribute as a leader within the firm, supporting culture, process improvement, and long-term growth initiatives.

This role oversees every aspect of the sales, marketing, and intake process — from working with existing vendors and managing intake team members to handling inbound and outbound calls and attorney consultations for qualified leads. It’s a critical role that generates and converts prospective clients into active matters and supports the firm’s growth. We’re looking for someone who leads with marketing skill, legal acumen, and business instinct — and is prepared to grow into a leadership and ownership role within the firm.

  • Effectively communicate engagement terms, fee arrangements, and scope of representation, ensuring clarity and confidence prior to onboarding.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop intake team members, ensuring conflict checks are conducted consistently and accurately prior to onboarding.
  • Track and report on leads, consultations, conversion rates, and firm metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
