Christian Lueders

Christian Lueders is Of Counsel to Resolvere Law and Founder of Guardian Law Group.

Since leaving the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, Christian has worked diligently to defend the rights of Arizona citizens in both the Criminal and Family Law realms. He is adept at plea negotiation and plea proposals and has worked with experts in Criminal and Family law, including medical examiners, forensic toxicologists, accident reconstruction, forensic accountants, computer and cell phone forensics, etc.

As a Deputy County Attorney for Maricopa County, Christian gained a reputation and ability to command the attention of a jury and worked well with opposing attorneys. As a prosecutor, Christian fostered strong relationships with prosecutors from city, county, state, and federal agencies; and worked closely with law enforcement and arguing cases before judges in various jurisdictions across Arizona.

He completed multiple clerkships, including the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office. He graduated cum laude with high pro bono distinction. After his undergraduate work, he spent eight (8) years as a very successful sales and marketing professional, earning Sales Representative of the Year honors for a Fortune 500 company. His business career honed the ability to connect, build rapport, and influence people – skills he utilizes in every interaction with judges, juries, and opposing attorneys.
